Head Chef for an exciting high end restaurant opening in Dubai
My client is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine who can manage the opening of an upmarket American themed cuisine restaurant.
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee the recruitment for the kitchen brigade, assist in supplier networking and training and development of the kitchen brigade.
The Chef de Cuisine will liaise heavily from the Head office and will therefore be offered excellent career growth.

The correct Chef de Cuisine candidate will have

* Proven experience with contemporary American Cuisine
* Proven international experience, preferably with Middle Eastern exposure
* Recognized culinary certification
* A positive, can do attitude
