Executive Chef . Mauritius

Our client seeks a passionate Executive Chef for their exclusive deluxe resort in Mauritius.

Ideally you will already be an Executive Chef or an experienced Executive Sous Chef with a background in exclusive high calibre 5 star Boutique Resorts. You will be passionate, hands on chef who delights in using fresh local ingredient, and in training and mentoring a team of local chefs. You will set high standards, have fine attention to detail, and be a great communicator who relates well to guests and staff alike. We seek someone with flair & creativity that is able to put this property on the culinary map.

The position offers an excellent tax free salary, & includes all living expenses, annual flights home, health insurance and so on and is available immediately.
